The 3iTEC-202-200516 is a multi-stage micro thermoelectric cooler with 202 couples, engineered for precision thermal control in demanding applications such as photonics, diagnostics, and instrumentation.
Operating at 17.16V / 8.5A, it provides high ΔT performance with reliable, compact, and solid-state cooling.
Its cascaded structure enables deep cooling where space and precision are critical.

Applications

Pellet Height Tuning:Adjusting pellet height changes performance:

• Higher: lower Imax, higher ΔT, lower Qmax

• Lower: higher Imax, lower ΔT, higher Qmax

Pre-Tinning:Solder type can be specified for assembly needs.

Note: Encapsulation is not recommended for multi-stage modules due to pressure risks in non-atmospheric environments.
