The Peltier-driven LA-160-24 liquid cooling assembly utilizes high-efficiency thermoelectric modules to actively regulate coolant temperature in recirculating systems. Our Peltier coolers are strategically mounted between the liquid heat exchanger (cold side) and finned heatsink (hot side), creating a solid-state heat pump that transfers thermal energy without moving parts.
The thermoelectric modules absorb heat from the circulating liquid via the cold plate heat exchanger, then actively pump it to the air-cooled heatsink assembly, which features optimized airflow design for maximum Peltier heat dissipation. This liquid-to-air TEC system operates on 24VDC, current 9.2A, max cooling power 160W delivering precise temperature control while eliminating compressor noise and vibration - a critical advantage for sensitive laboratory and industrial equipment.
