P&N’s AL-200-24 thermoelectric air-to-liquid cooling system is engineered for applications requiring high heat dissipation efficiency, compact installation, and low-noise operation. The cold side effectively cools the enclosed air, while heat from the hot side is rapidly transferred to a liquid coolant through an integrated cold plate and dissipated via an external heat exchanger.
Designed for precise temperature control in small enclosed chambers, the AL-200-24 is ideal for chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) systems, clinical biochemical analyzers, and other analytical instruments that demand silent, stable, and reliable cooling.
Custom-engineered thermoelectric modules deliver high cooling capacity and an exceptional coefficient of performance (COP), enabling energy-efficient operation. Moisture-resistant insulation prevents condensation from entering the module cavity, ensuring long-term reliability in laboratory environments.
With a maximum cooling capacity of 200 W at ΔT = 0°C and a maximum temperature differential of 40°C at Qc = 0 W, the AL-200-24 provides fast and stable thermal response. Operating at 24 V DC (14 A), the system offers consistent performance with a proven MTBF of 70,000 hours, making it suitable for critical and continuous-duty applications.
